Leadership training

Integral to our workshops are experiential exercises.  These exercises are an excellent way to test leadership, planning and the ability to develop creative responses to a problem. By undergoing experiential exercises, participants soon realise their importance and start to nominate themselves as leader for a given task.

  • hone planning and communication skills
  • give and receive feedback

  • understand the role of the leader and the role of the follower
  • understand the importance of flexibility when leading others
  • understand the importance of varying their focus
  • develop an awareness and understanding of people’s behaviours. Equally participants will need to understand how to manage these different behaviours
