Training follow up

In order to ensure your training programme is successful and the investment worthwhile, we need 100% commitment from your management team to support the training and provide regular management support, coaching and follow-up to their direct reports.

Management involvement includes underpinning High Performance Sales Training at every opportunity:

  • demonstrating overt use of HPST models, principles, skills and techniques
  • coaching individuals
  • ensuring action plans are being carried out, reviewed and updated.

Essentially all participants need to ‘contract in’ to the programme. They need to understand the personal investment required and have a strong desire to openly demonstrate changes in skills/behaviour as a result of it.
