Sales training

Our sales training workshops are designed for businesses wishing to improve on their sales teams’ performance. They combine theory with a practical interactive delivery style enabling participants to take an active part in the learning experience.

We use trainer-led sessions, tutorials, role plays, training exercises, paired, small and whole group exercises, reviews and action planning to make the workshops challenging, enjoyable and memorable.

Our High Performance Sales Training Programme (HPST) consists of four core workshops. They are designed to be run in-company involving a maximum of twelve participants and a minimum of five. Training can take place on your company premises, or ideally off-site away from distractions.

Programme content is tailored to your business, involving real examples from your participants’ own working environment. We use language your sales representatives use and can reflect your own sales model ensuring participants relate to the workshop content.
