Karen has over 20 year experience in the HR / Learning & Development field of expertise and has worked for companies including Eagle Star, Marlborough Stirling, Vodafone and St. James's Place Wealth Management, where she worked as Head of People Development.

Karen specialises in Psychometrics, Assessment & Development Centres, Designing 360 degree feedback tools, Designing Competency Frameworks, Recruitment & Selection, Coaching & Management Development.

Karen has recently been involved in delivering a number of projects including Competency Design, designing and running Assessment & Development Centres, design and delivery of Talent Management Programmes, Interviewing for Senior Roles & designing 360 degree feedback tools.

Karen has also designed and delivered Leadership & Management Development programmes, Selection & Recruitment workshops, Presentation Skills, Assessor Training, Coaching Skills, Team Building and bespoke programmes for small businesses. Karen has a degree in Occupational Psychology and also holds a Masters Level qualification in Executive Coaching (UWE).
