Deiter Fleiter

Dieter Fleiter is a Consultant and Trainer who is extremely competent and experienced in delivering training and coaching programmes. He describes himself as ‘European’ and can deliver training in German, English, Italian and Portuguese.

Dieter has over 20 year’s management experience and has operated at all levels up to and including MD. He was a board member of an SME and has extensive sales and leadership experience. He has managed a range of different teams and people including a role leading a department of 80 employees based both in head office and in the field.  He has worked for market-leading companies includes Miele, Worldwide Oilfield Machine and Alulux, in sectors such as white goods, services, construction and food manufacturing.

Deiter has developed and delivered training and consultancy, since 2001, working for one of Europe’s biggest training providers. His main areas of focus are Sales, Key Account Management and Sales Management. Additional areas of expertise include Leadership, Negotiation and Effective Team Work.

His great experience and interactive, encouraging style, allows him to take participants beyond their limits. His approach is straight-forward and clear in training, in consultancy and when giving feedback. His has an approachable, professional style.

Dieter has been a guest lecturer in Business Studies at the University of Bielefeld.

Dieter is married with three adult children - all living their dreams, working as a journalist, an engineer in sports shoes development and, global studies which involves travelling the world.

His hobbies include Jazz Music, mountain walking, cross country running and training. 

Deter is currently working on social micro projects (each cent to the final destination) such as school projects in Africa and a ‘children’s soup kitchen’ in Germany.
