For any implementation to be successful, we know it is critical to get the briefing stage right. We do this by carrying out a training needs assessment. We also like to ensure complete familiarisation with your company to help us design and develop a tailored programme based on real business needs.
Post event, we appreciate that even highly successful learning has to compete with the realities of day-to-day work that face the participants when they return to their jobs. Often there are three days of work waiting along with innumerable emails. Briefing of managers will help to create the correct environment for learning, pre-workshop, during and post-workshop. Additionally, our post-event follow-up includes regular telephone and email communication to ensure the learning is used in the workplace.
